Dave was invaluable getting our Sterling Integrator C:D connection to the FED working. Prior to our deployment, the FED was unable to get the SI C:D connection working. One or two other banks had tried, but failed. Dave was able to resolve problems the FED was experiencing and we became the first bank to implement this configuration.

Because of this success we expanded Dave’s role to include assisting the set up of our entire environment consisting of Sterling Integrator, Sterling File Gateway and Sterling Control Center. Dave was very accommodating to our project schedule and proactive providing progress updates to the team.
